After five seasons of science, twists and turns, this Friday Fringe will end its run on the FOX network with a 2 hour series finale. It looks like it will come down to a final battle between our favorite team and the Observers! We here at Pop Culture Principle are really looking forward to how the series will end.
Well Fringe fans, the time is almost here. Fox announced that the series finale of Fringe will air on January 18th with a 2 hour series finale. The first hour’s episode is called Liberty, with the second and final episode called An Enemy of Fate. How will the series end? What will happen with our favorite characters? Tune in then to find out.
Fox released an official synopsis for the series finale recently:
The acclaimed series that has explored the human condition through the prism of parallel universes, unexplainable phenomena and unimaginable threats, reaches a milestone 100th episode and comes to an epic and climatic conclusion. First, the Fringe team engages a desperate plan as Olivia embarks on a dangerous and otherworldly journey into the unknown. Then, Peter, Olivia, Walter, Astrid and Broyles face off against the Observers in one final and extraordinary battle for the fate of mankind.

With the final season of FRINGE in full swing, FOX announced the date for the series finale of the hit series. On January 19th, FOX will air a 2 hour/2 episode event to conclude the series. This will also mark the show’s 100th episode! Head on over to TV Fanatic for more information.

With the premiere of the final season of Fringe right around the corner, the Observers are giving us fair warning that they are not to be messed with. One of the most interesting and frightening aspects of Fringe have been what the Observers are here for. Are they good? Are they bad or are they actually here to help. We will find the answer out hopefully by the time Season 5 is finished. Until then, heed this warning from the Observers!
